The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 387 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was arrested on mere suspicion and the police took the confessional statement of the petitioner. Except the confession the police did not collect any further tangible material. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Jehanabad (Kalpa) P.S. Case No. 172/2015.
