Petitioner is accused in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 86 of 2015 registered under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 50422 of 2018 on 01.10.2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 77483 of 2018 on 11.01.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
