The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 510 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got four criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 25.01.2023.

It is alleged that Niket Singh Baba and one unknown person came towards informant's shop and accused Niket Singh Baba stabbed him in chest and flew away.

Considering the period of custody and also considering the fact that he has not named in the F.I.R, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38364 of 2023(2) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 510 of 2022.
