2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Begusarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 52 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 341/34 of the IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act.

3. As per allegation, all the named accused persons including the petitioner tortured the informant for dowry of Rs. 5 lakh, one motorcycle, one four-wheeler and one gold chain. It is further alleged that they ousted her from her matrimonial house.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

He has further submitted that the petitioner is husband of the informant and is in a private job whereas the informant has got a government job in Gaya in 2025. It has further been submitted that in mediation centre, the informant refused to reside with the petitioner. She is in government job having sufficient means for her maintenance whereas the petitioner is in private job earning Rs. 15,000/- per month in Bhopal.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 52 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
