====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner is in custody in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2020 for the offence under sections 120(B), 364 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

After investigation, police has submitted charge-sheet under section 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel submits that the offence is triable by Magistrate. He submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.6.2020 and as such he has remained in custody for 7 months. He further submits that he has filed supplementary affidavit to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34855 of 2020(2) dt.25-01-2021 2/2 place on record the compromise petition between the parties. Considering the fact that the parties have entered into a compromise, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Manjhaul, Begusarai, in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2020.
