Moreover, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, and admittedly, nothing was delivered.

Accordingly, the petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bettiah Mufassil (Manuapool) P.S. Case No. 352 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah (West Champaran).
