The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 133 of 2014 arising out of Gaya Kotwali P.S. Case No. 93 of 2014 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.07.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24488 of 2014.

The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that the sole eye-witness has not identified the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39350 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 2 / 2 in court.

Be that as it may, regard being had to reasons assigned in the order dated 22.07.2014, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.

The court below is directed to conclude the trial of the case as early as possible.
