2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Civil Lines P.S.Case No. 229/2024.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that both the parties have amicably settled their disputes. A copy of the compromise petition has been annexed with the supplementary affidavit. The petitioner has to pay a total amount of Rs. 82,51,000/- through 22 cheques of Rs. 2,50,000/- each at the interval of three months.
4. The learned counsel for the informant submits that

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Gaya in connection with Civil Lines P.S.Case No. 229/2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS.
6. The learned court below shall accept the bail bond provisionally and the same shall be confirmed only after payment of the entire money within the stipulated period.
