Petitioner being husband of the complainant is in jail custody since 28.6.2015 in Complaint case in which cognizance for the offence punishable under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the D.P. Act was taken.

Admittedly, marriage of the complainant was solemnized with petitioner in the year 2005 and she gave birth to three children out of the aforesaid wedlock and the present case was filed in the year 2012.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
