2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 124 of 2023 dated 17.04.2023 lodged under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 3⁄4 of Prevention of Witch Practices Act.
4. As per the prosecution, F.I.R. has been lodged against two named accused persons against whom allegation of primarily of Prevention of Witch Practices Act, in addition to Indian Penal Code are there.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both petitioner and informant belong to the same village and there is old inimical relation between them. Counsel further submits that in the year 2016 also there was a criminal case filed by the petitioner's mother against the informant's husband and her family members. Counsel further submits that from the same

Case No. 124 of 2023 has been filed by the informant's side whereas Sono P.S. Case No. 123 of 2023 has been filed by the mother of the petitioner against the informant's side. Counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2023 and there are four criminal antecedent of the petitioner, in which he is on bail in three cases and in one case he is persuading for bail. Counsel further submits that he is ready to fulfill all the conditions whatsoever shall be imposed.
6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jamui, in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 124 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C..
