The petitioner seeks bail in a case under 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
15 bags of rice were seized and it is alleged that petitioner, a PDS dealer, sold the same for selling in the black market.
It is submitted that no shortage of foodgrains was found in the shop of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 27.05.2015 and he has already remained in jail for more than three months.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Bakhari P.S.
