2 The petitioner wanted him to be considered in the light of Advertisement No 5 of 2015 published by the Bihar Public Service Commission, he, being a reputed Dentist. 3 Learned counsel for the petitioner candidly accepts that lots of water has flown down from the river Ganges and the entire process may have come to an end, the view endorsed by Mr Sanjay Pandey appearing for the BPSC.

4 In that view of the matter, this Court can only extend its good wishes for the petitioner's future endeavour.
