The letter is issued under the signature of the Registrar of the university. The authorities is directed to take the decision on the said recommendation from the university, keeping in mind the
Patna High Court MJC No.2699 of 2016(5) dt.21-03-2018 2/2 overall situation, within a period of four weeks from today. The contempt application stands disposed off in terms of the above.
The time-frame, so fixed, must be adhered to, otherwise the Court will suo motu initiate contempt against the said authorities.
