The petitioner seeks bail in Azamnagar P.S. Case no. 75/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 307, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused Md. Imran and Md. Nayer. The petitioner and other accused persons snatched the money of the informant and it has come that the petitioner supplied arms for committing crime. The petitioner was not put on Test Identification Parade, although from the possession of the petitioner arms and Rs. 35,000/- were recovered. Similarly situated co-accused have already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 08.05.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named
