ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 04-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, counsel for the Respondents and counsel for A.G., Bihar. The present Writ application has been filed for seeking direction to make payment of present retiral dues with interest vide PPO No. - 434631. The petitioner has retired on 31.07.2005 as an Assistant Teacher from Government High School, Bihar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during

Patna High Court CWJC No.14281 of 2021(4) dt.04-01-2023 2/2 the pendency of the Writ application, authority letter has been issued but no payment has been made till date. The respondent no. 3 is directed to assure the payment of the petitioner within 60 days of filing of representation along with the copy of entire brief, who shall assure payment within 60 days from the date of filing of the representation of the petitioner.

If payment shall not be made within the said period, it is directed that respondent shall pay 9% interest on the said amount.

With this direction, the present Writ petition is disposed off.
