The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Except confessional statement of co-accused, no material is collected to show the involvement of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 09.03.2015, but he has not been put on test identification parade as yet.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
