JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the payment of trained scale is not being made to the petitioner since 31.03.2019 despite the fact that petitioner has been discharging her duties as Panchayat Teacher in Government Primary School Mairi Makhsuspur, Block- Bhagwanpur Hat, District -Siwan.

During pendency of the writ application the arrears of salary for the aforesaid period has been paid to the petitioner on

Learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner may raise the grievance for payment of arrears of salary along with all the documents showing her training certificate etc. before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Siwan who will decide the same in accordance with law. In view of the submission made by learned for the State, the present writ application is disposed with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Siwan within a period of two weeks and if such a representation is filed, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Siwan shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of three months thereafter.
