Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. The dead-body of the informant's husband was found and on suspicion, in course of investigation, name of the petitioner figured. Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Anil Rajbanshi, Sunil Rajbanshi and Munariv Manjhi have already been enlarged on bail As the petitioner is said to have been seen last taking with the deceased and considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
