The petitioner seeks bail in Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 14/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named seven persons and alleged that all the seven accused persons assaulted Md. Esamul. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Most of the injuries found on the person of Md. Esamul caused by sharp edged weapon. The petitioner was armed with lathi. The petitioner is in jail since 09.06.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial
