The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bettiah (M) P.S. Case No. 109 of 2018 dated 18.03.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 308, 447, 504, 506, 353, 332 of the Indian Penal Code.

During the delivery of possession, pursuant to a decree passed by the Civil Court, an unruly mob tried to prevent the authorities from concluding the proceedings. The petitioner along with many others has been named in the F.I.R but only on the basis of suspicion.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2019 and several other accused persons, similarly situated, have been granted the privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court.

Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah (M) P.S. Case No. 109 of 2018.
