The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioner is the husband. There is wild allegation that the petitioner and other family members subjected the informant with physical torture and mental harassment for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. The petitioner is in jail since 03.07.2015 i.e. for about one and a half months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
