The petitioners are languishing in custody since 29.03.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 427, 354A, 354B, 353, 120B and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case got initiated on the basis of written report of S.P. Singh, Sub-Inspector of Police submitted before the Station House Officer, Rajpur Police Station is to the effect that on 12.03.2019 at 7.00 P.M., after having

No.34729 of 2019(2) dt.28-05-2019 2/3 received information to the effect that certain people have blocked the road, the informant reached on spot and found that one person has met with an accident and subsequently succumbed to the injuries but in protest of the said accident, forty persons named in the FIR entered into the police station's premises and destroyed the articles of the police station and got the police personnel injured.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general against the mob and for the same incident, three FIRs have been lodged, being Rajpur P.S. Case No.62 of 2019, Rajpur P.S. Case No.63 of 2019 and the present one Rajpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 17.05.2019 and 23.05.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.
32795 of 2019 and Criminal Miscellaneous No. 33578 of 2019 respectively. Learned APP for the State submits that the petitioners are named in the FIR.
Considering the accusation against the mob and similarly situated accused persons have been granted bail, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, on furnishing
