Similar issue was considered by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 497 of 2018.

Considering the very nature of engagement and the right of deputationist this Court has held out that the writ application is not maintainable. The matter was taken to the LPA Court in LPA No. 725 of 2018 and the LPA Court has approved the judgment of the Single Judge.

In view of the above, the Court does not find any
