The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 725 of 2010, registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P. Act. The accusation is of torturing the complainantopposite party no. 2 by her husband and in-laws due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry and also removing from her matrimonial house snatching her personal belongings.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M, Nawada, in connection with Complaint Case No. 725 of 2010, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
