2. After some argument, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if he is given liberty to prefer a comprehensive representation before the respondent no. 3, the Principal Secretary, Building Construction Department, Bihar, Patna for the redressal of his grievance.

3. If such representation is preferred within a period of two weeks, the same shall be taken into consideration and an appropriate order passed at an earliest.
