Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sikti P.S. Case No. 103 of 2022, lodged under Sections 363 & 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation as per the prosecution is against 5 named accused persons that they have kidnapped the daughter of informant who is minor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that the alleged girl has been recovered and recorded her statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. which is Annexure-2,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36151 of 2022(2) dt.20-09-2022 2/2 from Annexure-2 it transpires that she has accepted her kidnapping with the petitioner alongwith others. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present, but liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after one year of framing of charge before the Trial Court.

With this observation, the bail application stands rejected.
