2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Khizarsarai (Sarbadha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 228 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 302, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, these two petitioners snatched golden ear ring of the mother of the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is no allegation of assault and are not alleged to be assailant of the deceased. Petitioners are ladies and have clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts of the case, this pre-arrest bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40673 of 2023(2) dt.01-08-2023 2/2 petition is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let both the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Gaya, in Khizarsarai (Sarbadha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 228 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
