The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of recovery of stolen vehicle (Bolero) in several parts from the garage of the petitioner. One person apprehended from the spot who disclosed his name as Mukesh Sah. On the basis of disclosure of apprehended co-accused person, the name of petitioner sprang up in this case.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been

In contra, learned APP vehement opposed the prayer of the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is the owner of the alleged garage.

Considering the fact that petitioner is owner of the alleged garage namely, Mahavir Body Builder, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petition stands rejected.
