Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41515 of 2014 and now the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that he is suffering in custody since 15.03.2014 and he is suffering from AIDS and no proper treatment is being provided to him and he is at the verge of death. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Economic Offences Unit opposes the prayer for bail by submitting that the court below considering all these things has again rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38940 of 2015 (3) dt.26-08-2015 for bail, prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected in connection with Special Case No. 22 of 2014 arising out of Economic Offences P.S. Case No 17 of 2014.

However, the Superintendent, Adarsh Central Jail, Beur, Patna is directed to get the petitioner treated properly by providing best possible medical aid.
