The petitioner already having raised the issue of appointment as a 'Nominee' and rejected vide order passed in C.W.J.C.No. 6872/2005 (Bangali Manjhi & ors. v. the State of Bihar & ors.), present at Annexure 6, way back on 13.11.2007, no cause for indulgence is made out either on merits or on the principle of res judicata. The order of this Court has attained finality and is binding on the petitioner.
The writ petition is dismissed.
