2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 05.11.2015 passed in CWJC No. 17208 of 2015 requiring the authorities to consider the petitioner's case and taking decision at their end.
3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of OP No. 4, AnnexureG whereof being letter No. 212 dated 23.11.2015 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.
4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this Court is not satisfied that any case of willful disobedience is made out against the opposite parties. The contempt petition is accordingly stands dismissed.
