JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 25-08-2023 The petitioner is concerned with a letter issued by the Deputy Director, Adult Education, Education Department, Bihar, Patna, whereby and whereunder the claim of the petitioner for absorption or appointment in any of the Government Department has been rejected.

2. The facts are that the name of the petitioner was recommended by the District Level Committee for absorption in the office of the District Education Officer, Munger. The petitioner did not appear for counseling which the learned

However, the petitioner's specific claim in the writ petition was that she was sick from 11.06.2018 to 11.02.2019, which disabled her from appearing for counseling. In any event, another person was appointed in her position and she has not impleaded the said person also in the writ petition. It is in these circumstances, that the petitioner has applied for absorption or appointment in any of the Government Departments, which in any event cannot be considered. The petitioner has no legal right to claim the relief prayed for.

3. The appeal lacks merit and the same stands dismissed.
