JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 01.04.2015 in connection with Nath Nagar P.S. Case No. 52 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Section 366(A) of the I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The accusation is of enticing away the minor daughter of the informant by the petitioner who is already married. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The victim girl has been recovered and the certified copy of the compromise petition is being placed in course of argument where the parties have agreed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29339 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 to get the petitioner and the victim girl married after release from the custody.

On behalf of the State the aforesaid fact has been accepted.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Bhagalpur, in connection with Nath Nagar P.S.
