====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Opposite Party No. 1 and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 144 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 504/34, and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The matter had earlier been sent for mediation and as per the Mediation Report, both the parties have now agreed to live together to restore harmonious family life. In view of the aforementioned facts and

No.37553 of 2019(5) dt.06-12-2019 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsinghsarai, in connection with Complaint Case No. 144 of 2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
