The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 395, 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. lodged for looting a truck. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner is in jail since 03.03.2015 but he has not been put on T.I. parade. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
