2. The petitioner is aggrieved by lack of action taken by the authorities against the respondents no.7, 8 and 9 on complaint made by the petitioner with regard to financial irregularity.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has already filed a detailed complaint before the Block Development Officer, Dhanarua, in the district of Patna on 19.09.2018. It was submitted that such application was also given to the District Magistrate, Patna on the basis of which inquiry was directed to be conducted by the Block Development Officer, Dhanarua but till date the same is not been done.

4. Learned counsel for the State submitted that the matter be disposed off directing the District Magistrate, Patna to ensure that the matter is taken to its logical conclusion.

5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off directing the District Magistrate, Patna (respondent no.3) to ensure that appropriate action on the complaint filed by the petitioner is taken to its logical conclusion, if already not done, within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
