Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with regard to petitioner nos. 1 and 2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with regard to rest of the petitioners.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with regard to rest of the petitioners.

However, if the petitioner nos. 3, 4 and 5 surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.
