JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-08-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Section 53 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 18.6.2015 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Buxar in Cr. Appeal (J.B.) No.29 of 2013 whereby he has set aside the order dated 2.4.2013 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Buxar in J.J.B.Case No.375 of 2013 arising out of Dumraon P.S. Case No.6 of 2012.
2. I have perused the materials available on record and the impugned order dated 18.6.2015 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Buxar.
3. I do not see any apparent illegality or irregularity in the
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.659 of 2015 dt.22-08-2016 2/2 order impugned passed by the court below.
4. Accordingly, the application, being devoid of any merit, is dismissed.
