JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Informant makes allegation of rape and cheating against the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the informant was a consenting party and as a matter of fact, there was some dispute between the parties on the point of return of some ornaments and that is the reason of institution of the present case. It is further submitted by him that prior to institution of present case, the family members of the petitioner lodged a criminal case against the family members of informant of the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40936 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Dehri Mahila P.S. Case No. 59 of 2013.
