The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No.214 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in persuading the innocent people to deposit the amount in the Beyard Infrastructure Corporation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.03.2019.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant would submit that petitioner has assured in writing that he will refund the money to the informant and as such, petitioner does

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Nawadah, in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No.214 of 2018.
