Petitioners are in custody in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 156 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

In the instant case total 137.520 liters of liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and nothing was recovered from their conscious possession. The petitioners are in custody since 9.3.2019.

No.34485 of 2019(2) dt.27-05-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they have remained in custody for more than two month, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10, 000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai, in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 156 of 2019 (G.R. No.277 of 2019).
