2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 467, 468 , 471 and 120 ( B ) of IPC and 66 (c) , 66 ( d ) and 66 ( f ) IT and 13 , 16 , 17 of UAP Act.
3 . As per the prosecution case , on 17.06.2022 at about 3:20 PM, informant namely , Raja Ram Sharma , received a secret information that 3 persons who were apprehended by police were involved in cyber crime . Upon search , fake ATM cards, Pan Cards, ID cards and other documents, bike and cash of Rs. 44,500/- were recovered. Apprehended co-accused persons disclosed the name of this petitioner as one of their associates.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. The name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on confessional statement of apprehended coaccused persons. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ 1st Jamui in connection with Laxmipuri P S Case No. 185 of 2022 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
