According to the victim the money was snatched by the petitioner on 04.07.2014 but the information regarding the aforesaid occurrence was given on 09.05.2015 i.e near about after ten months. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 6.6.2015. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate1st class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S.case No. 188 of 2015.
