The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 399 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, on secret information that some miscreants are planning to commit crime, police conducted raid and arrested some accursed persons with arms who disclosed the name of the petitioner who managed to escape from the spot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner's name has
