The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was on bail but he did not appear on 29.10.2014. Subsequently, his bail bond was cancelled. The petitioner was declared absconder on 07.08.2012. The petitioner was apprehended and sent to jail on 18/06.2015 i.e. he has remained in jail for two and a half months for the misuse of bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Ad-hoc
