Patna High Court CWJC No.10339 of 2020(2) dt.01-11-2022 2/3 "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), or direction(s) to the respondents to remove the encroachment from the public land (Anabad Bihar Sarkar) situated at MauzaBahuara thana no. 307 khata no. 147, khesera no. 566, 567 and 597 from the illegal possession of respondent IInd set otherwise the agricultural land pertaining to its area about 100 acres will not be irrigated from the nearby AAHAR (stored water /raining water)."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Circle-Bikramganj, District-Rohtas for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.
Liberty so sought is granted.
It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, CircleBikramganj, District-Rohtas by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of
Patna High Court CWJC No.10339 of 2020(2) dt.01-11-2022 3/3 four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
