====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nanpur P.S. Case No. 83/2019 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

The matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna for reconciliation vide order dated 07.08.2019. Thereafter, the report of the Mediator has been received on 11.12.2019 which is available at flag 'S'. On perusal of the Mediator's report, it appears that the dispute has been resolved between the parties. The petitioner has offered to pay Rs. 4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh) as one time settlement amount and opposite party no. 2

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33639 of 2019(5) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 (Guncha Dikash) has accepted the offer and given consent to finally compromise this case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 83/2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
