JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report and omnibus allegation of firing is leveled against the petitioner and other F.I.R named accused. The other co-accused Tanveer Alam and Ravi Singh@ Ravi Mod have already been granted privilege of bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court. However, it was observed by this Court in order dated 09.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 830 of 2014 that it was petitioner who opened fire on deceased but it appears that the aforesaid finding is an error on record because there is nothing in the entire case diary to show that it was petitioner who alone opened fire on the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
