Some Ganja plants were recovered from the field of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 05.06.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Nawada in connection with Special Case No. 04 of 2015 arising out of Hisua P.S.case No. 18 of 2015.
