2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
3. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Agrer P.S. Case No. 20 of 2023 registered on 22.02.2023 lodged under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against 5 named accused persons, against whom allegation of dacoity is there.
5. Counsel for the petitioners submits that name of the petitioners have been figured in this case by the virtue of investigation report. He submits that except one mobile phone,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40543 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 which belongs to the petitioner no.1, nothing else has been recovered from his possession and from petitioner no.2 cash amount of Rs. 16,450/- has been recovered.
6. Counsel further submits that petitioners are innocent and they are not named in the F.I.R. He further submits that petitioners are in custody since 24.02.2023 having clean antecedent. Charge-sheet has already been filed in this case.
7. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioners above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Agrer P.S. Case No. 20 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
9. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
